At Glowscapes Outdoor Lighting, we’re committed to your long term satisfaction. That’s why we offer a complete Worry-Free Maintenance Program designed to keep your landscape lighting system performing beautifully all year long night after night.

Our maintenance program allows you to enjoy your investment without the hassle of ongoing upkeep. With two semi-annual service visits, our trained lighting technicians proactively care for your system to ensure optimal performance and appearance.

What’s Included in Each Maintenance Visit:

Replacement of burned-out bulbs or fixtures still under manufacturer warranty (Originally Installed by Glowscapes)
Cleaning and polishing of all uplight lenses
Burial of exposed wiring
Light trimming of shrubs and foliage around fixtures
Voltage testing to ensure proper system balance
Fixture placement and aiming adjustments
Transformer texting and adjustments

These routine checkups help prevent issues before they arise while keeping your lighting looking its best.

Important Program Notes

Please note: This maintenance program is not an insurance policy. The following items are not covered and will be billed separately if service is required:

Damage caused by acts of nature or natural phenomena (including insects, animal damage to wiring, fire, tornado, lightning, etc.)
Damage or misuse of wiring, transformers, or fixtures
Replacement of products that are outside of the manufacturer warranty period from the original installation date
Bulb replacements typically cost $10-$30 per bulb. *These are billed separately.

Program Details

The Worry-Free Maintenance Program is renewable every 12 months and pricing is based on the number and type of fixtures installed on your property.
